I absolutely enjoyed Kathy B. As my realtor. She is very knowledgable, and caring when it comes to searching for a new home. She is responsive, and her team of lenders along side her helped me to close in just 30 days or so. I wish I was selling my home tomorrow, just so I would get to work with her again. :). I plan on using Kathy in the future for any of my home buying or home selling needs. I keep in touch with her even though our transaction is finalized and I am in my home.
